How often do we truly dare to trust our abilities❓

It’s when we feel safe – when someone creates a space that gives us this sense of having a safety net. Creating such environments, where trust and boldness are present, feels increasingly like a luxury, but it’s one I am committed to providing—not only for our team and business partners but for my children as well.

And I do fail often. It is how I improve the most.

How can I tell when I’ve failed❓

The signs are there—the tone of discussions with my team shifts, the dynamic with partners cools, and my kids? They don’t hold back, telling me loud and clear.
